Q fever
DEFINITION

Maladie bactérienne causée par Coxiella burnetti affectant l’ensemble des espèces de ruminants. Dans sa forme clinique, elle entraîne principalement des troubles de la reproduction. La fièvre Q est une zoonose largement répandue dans le monde. L’infection chez l’Homme se fait essentiellement par voie aérienne.
